If a piece is defective, damaged before receipt, incomplete, incorrectly supplied or materially different from the agreed description, contact MWN promptly with your order reference and helpful photos. MWN will assess and provide the remedy required by applicable UAE law, which may include repair, replacement or refund without charging you for the statutory remedy. A commercial return window or custom-order exclusion does not remove these rights.
السلع المعيبة أو التالفة أو الخاطئة
إذا كانت القطعة معيبة أو تالفة قبل الاستلام أو ناقصة أو أُرسلت خطأً أو اختلفت جوهرياً عن الوصف المتفق عليه، يُرجى التواصل مع مُون سريعاً برقم الطلب وصور توضيحية إن أمكن. تُقيّم مُون الحالة وتقدم المعالجة التي يقتضيها القانون الإماراتي، وقد تشمل الإصلاح أو الاستبدال أو رد المبلغ دون تحميلك تكلفة المعالجة القانونية. ولا تلغي مدة الإرجاع التجارية أو استثناء الطلبات الخاصة هذه الحقوق.
Change-of-mind returns
The owner has not yet confirmed an additional change-of-mind return window. No such commercial window is promised during this preview. Any additional voluntary return applies to unworn, unwashed standard pieces with tags and accessories intact, subject to the approved published conditions. Return delivery costs for an eligible change-of-mind return must be disclosed before purchase. Conditions about tags or packaging do not defeat a valid defect or incorrect-description claim.
الإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي
لم تؤكد المالكة بعد مدة إضافية للإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي. ولا تتضمن هذه النسخة التجريبية وعداً بمدة تجارية محددة. ويطبق الإرجاع الاختياري الإضافي على القطع القياسية غير المستخدمة وغير المغسولة مع بقاء البطاقات والملحقات، وفق الشروط المعتمدة والمنشورة. يجب توضيح تكلفة شحن الإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي قبل الشراء. ولا تُسقط شروط التغليف أو البطاقات حقاً صحيحاً يتعلق بعيب أو وصف غير مطابق.
Made-to-measure and personalised work
Any restriction on voluntary change-of-mind returns for genuinely personalised or made-to-measure work must be explained and agreed before production/payment. Selecting a standard length or fit alone is not automatically a personalised-order exclusion. Defects and departures from agreed measurements or specifications remain subject to applicable consumer remedies.

يجب توضيح أي قيد على الإرجاع الاختياري للقطع المصنوعة خصيصاً أو حسب المقاس والاتفاق عليه قبل الإنتاج أو الدفع. ولا يُعد اختيار طول أو قَصّة قياسية وحده استثناءً تلقائياً باعتباره طلباً مخصصاً. وتظل العيوب أو مخالفة المقاسات والمواصفات المتفق عليها خاضعة للحقوق القانونية.
Cancellation and return process
To request cancellation, a return or an exchange, contact Instagram @mwn.ae while support details are being completed with your order reference. Contact MWN before sending a parcel so the correct address and return arrangement can be confirmed. Return address: Awaiting owner confirmation. For a cancellation after dispatch or after agreed custom production begins, MWN will explain the applicable process; no term overrides statutory rights.

لطلب الإلغاء أو الإرجاع أو الاستبدال، تواصلي عبر حساب إنستغرام @mwn.ae مع رقم الطلب. يُرجى التواصل قبل إرسال الطرد لتأكيد عنوان وطريقة الإرجاع. عنوان الإرجاع: بانتظار تأكيد المالكة. وبعد الشحن أو بدء إنتاج مخصص متفق عليه، تُوضح مُون الإجراء المطبق دون الانتقاص من الحقوق القانونية.
Refund method and timing
Approved monetary refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Store credit is not imposed instead of a legally due monetary refund. Processing target after approval and any necessary return/assessment: Awaiting owner confirmation. Your bank/provider may take additional time. Preview/test orders do not involve real funds. MWN will confirm any legally refundable original delivery costs and will not impose an undisclosed deduction.

تُعاد المبالغ المعتمدة إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية حيثما أمكن، ولا يُفرض رصيد متجر بدلاً من مبلغ نقدي مستحق قانوناً. المدة المستهدفة للمعالجة بعد الموافقة واستلام المرتجع أو تقييمه عند الحاجة: بانتظار تأكيد المالكة. وقد يحتاج البنك أو مزود الدفع إلى وقت إضافي. الطلبات التجريبية لا تتضمن مبالغ فعلية. وتُوضح مُون تكاليف التوصيل الأصلية الواجب ردها قانوناً، ولا تفرض خصماً غير معلن.
