The owner must confirm realistic lead times before live orders, especially for custom pieces. The checkout shows the applicable charge and total before payment. A preview estimate is not a delivery promise.

Address, delays and delivery problems
Give a complete address and a working contact number. Contact MWN promptly to correct an address before dispatch. MWN will explain delays, missed delivery or damage in transit and the available remedies. Additional redelivery charges must be disclosed and agreed where applicable; carrier issues do not remove mandatory consumer rights. Tracking will be provided when an actual courier arrangement supports it.
