Ordering and confirmation
Review the product, length, fit, quantity, contact details, address and full AED total before submitting. A saved preview or successful test payment is not a purchase and does not arrange delivery. For live sales, payment must be verified and MWN must confirm acceptance and availability. If an order cannot be supplied, MWN will explain the issue and arrange the applicable refund; statutory rights are preserved.

Product information and pricing
Current names, prices, fabric descriptions and sizing are preview information awaiting designer confirmation. Model images are AI-generated styling previews; unseen garment areas and concept backs are not verified product photography. Before live sales, actual specifications and accurate descriptions must replace unconfirmed details. Prices are in AED. Delivery and tax must be disclosed before payment; unconfirmed charges are not payable estimates.

Account offers and the Abaya Club
The Abaya Club is free, optional and separate from shopping accounts, for adults aged 18 or older. WELCOME15 provides one authenticated account/email a one-time 15% merchandise discount. Active members receive 10% off merchandise while signed in. Select WELCOME15 instead of the member benefit; discounts never stack or reduce delivery charges. Tax is calculated on discounted prices, rounded per unit to AED 0.01. Payment checkout reserves the welcome offer; the same request can resume it. Verified provider expiry releases it. Previews do not consume it; test usage is separate from live usage. Refunds use amounts actually paid, without automatically reissuing a used coupon. Cards are not login credentials. Club rules at /club/rules explain moderation, privacy and events. Live offers require owner activation and applicable permissions. Mandatory consumer rights prevail.
عروض الحساب ونادي العباية
نادي العباية مجاني واختياري ومنفصل عن حساب التسوق للبالغات من عمر ١٨ عاماً. يمنح WELCOME15 الحساب أو البريد المسجل خصماً واحداً ١٥٪ على المنتجات. تحصل العضوات النشطات على خصم ١٠٪ عند تسجيل الدخول. اختاري القسيمة بدلاً من خصم العضوية؛ لا تُجمع الخصومات ولا تُخفض رسوم التوصيل. تُحسب الضريبة على السعر المخفض بعد تقريبه للوحدة لأقرب فلس. يحجز طلب الدفع القسيمة ويُستأنف بالطلب نفسه ويُحرر الحجز عند تأكيد مزود الدفع انتهاء الجلسة. لا تستهلك المعاينات القسيمة والاختبار منفصل عن الاستخدام الفعلي. يُسترد المدفوع فعلياً دون إعادة القسيمة المستعملة تلقائياً. البطاقات ليست بيانات دخول. توضح قواعد /club/rules الإشراف والخصوصية واللقاءات. تتطلب العروض الفعلية تفعيل المالكة والأذونات المنطبقة. تسري حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية.
Payments, account and guest access
Card payment is prepared through Stripe and remains inactive until the merchant account and store setup are completed. MWN does not collect card numbers or CVCs. Customer sign-in uses ChatGPT. Guest checkout does not create a customer account; guest order access depends on the secure browser session for up to 30 days. Do not share access or order-session credentials.
الدفع والحساب والشراء كضيفة
يُجهز الدفع بالبطاقة عبر Stripe ويظل غير مفعل حتى اكتمال حساب التاجر وإعدادات المتجر. لا تجمع مُون أرقام البطاقات أو رموز التحقق. يتم تسجيل الدخول عبر ChatGPT. الشراء كضيفة لا ينشئ حساب عميلة، ويعتمد الاطلاع على طلبات الضيفة على جلسة المتصفح الآمنة لمدة تصل إلى ٣٠ يوماً. يرجى عدم مشاركة بيانات الوصول.
Consumer rights and complaints
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory UAE consumer rights or MWN’s responsibility for defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods. See the Returns & Refunds policy. Contact MWN first with the order reference and issue. You may also contact the competent UAE consumer-protection authority. Applicable UAE law governs without removing protections or remedies available under law.
حقوق المستهلك والشكاوى
لا تستبعد هذه الشروط الحقوق الإلزامية للمستهلك في دولة الإمارات أو مسؤولية مُون عن السلع المعيبة أو التالفة أو الخاطئة أو المخالفة جوهرياً للوصف. تُراجع سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد. يُرجى التواصل مع مُون برقم الطلب وتفاصيل المشكلة، ويمكن أيضاً التواصل مع جهة حماية المستهلك المختصة. يُطبق القانون الإماراتي دون الانتقاص من الحقوق أو وسائل الانتصاف القانونية.
