Membership & privacy

The Abaya Club is a free, optional, women-centred community for adults aged 18 or older. Joining is separate from opening a shopping account and does not subscribe you to marketing. We store your authenticated user ID, chosen display name, member number, acceptance version/date, posts, reports and event registrations to operate the club. Other members see your display name and approved posts, not your email or attendance roster. The owner can review membership and registrations.

Shopping privileges

WELCOME15 gives an authenticated shopping account 15% off merchandise for one eligible live purchase. Select the coupon at checkout; it is not a cash balance. It is limited to one use per authenticated identity/email, not per visit. Active club members receive 10% off merchandise automatically while signed in. The 15% and 10% offers never combine. Both apply to all currently purchasable merchandise, including member-only pieces, but not shipping or tax. Future exclusions or offer changes must be disclosed before checkout. Existing accepted order totals are preserved.

Per-unit prices are rounded to AED 0.01 before totals and applicable tax are calculated. Your payment checkout reserves the welcome coupon; retries of that same checkout reuse it. Verified provider expiry releases the reservation. Contact MWN if a failed checkout without a payment session needs review. Preview orders do not consume it; test payment usage is separate from live usage. Guest checkout remains available without account benefits.

The personal card and number are not payment instruments or login credentials. They do not grant benefits to another person. Refunds use the amount actually paid and the accepted returns policy; a welcome coupon is not automatically reissued after a completed purchase is refunded. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Kindness, safety & moderation

All posts and replies are reviewed before publication. No harassment, hate, threats, unsolicited selling, explicit content, impersonation or sharing another person’s private information. Do not publish contact details, medical records or sensitive financial information. Discussions are peer conversation, not professional medical, legal or financial advice. Use Report to ask the owner to review a post. This is not an emergency or continuously monitored service.

Do not copy, record or share member conversations, podcast files or meeting links without permission. Member-only access cannot prevent screenshots, recordings or copying. The owner may hide posts and suspend membership for misuse. Contact MWN to request a review.

Events, leaving & your choices

Events and episodes are available only when published; membership does not guarantee a schedule or a place at a capacity-limited event. Reserve and cancel through the club. Call links may open an external provider with its own privacy terms. Recording or public use of your name/image requires separate permission. Leaving deactivates your card and member benefit, cancels reservations and hides your posts; shopping history remains. Rejoining does not grant another welcome coupon.
